If you're here, congratulations! You have been offered and accepted a new role with an organization.
This brief article will walk you through how to navigate and complete your electronic onboarding paperwork from your computer.
Step 1: Navigate to the Career Site
Enter in the career site's URL into your computer's browser and you will be taken to the candidate facing job board. Your hiring manager may have also emailed this to you.
Step 2: Log In With Your Credentials
Click the "Existing Candidates" link and log in with your email address and password as seen below.
Step 3: Navigate to The "Onboarding" Tab
Within your account portal, you should see the following four tabs of information:
- Jobs
- Files
- Assessments
- Onboarding - this is the one you need to find
Once you find the "Onboarding" tab, click on it, and all available tasks for your new position will be displayed in front of you. Click "Link", "Upload", and/or "Sign & Submit" for all available tasks.
Step 4: Stay in Touch With Your Hiring Manager
Your hiring manager is responsible for creating and managing your onboarding process.
- Your hiring manager is your main point of contact
- Should you have any questions on the process, please reach out to him or her
- Your hiring manager is responsible for moving you forward in the onboarding process
